What Is the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

The Canadian Dental Care Plan is a federal program designed to make dental care more affordable for eligible Canadians who do not have access to private dental insurance.

Sun Life administers claims processing on behalf of the federal government. The program helps eligible patients cover eligible dental costs, but patients may still owe a co-payment or the difference between the clinic's fee and the CDCP established fee for that service.

Mint 32 Dentistry cannot confirm whether you qualify for CDCP. Eligibility is determined entirely by the Government of Canada.

Active Coverage Dates
